Conway Motel:Terms And Condition 

 Booking Policy

Reservations
Reservations must be made by someone 18 years or older.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Current ID needs to be presented at check in (eg Driver’s License, Passport or 18+ Card).

Card Payment Policy

Please note - a 3% fee will be applied to payments made by credit or international debit card - there is no fee for payments by Eftpos.
Full payment is required on departure or as stated in the rate offer.

Cash Payment Policy
Where reservations are not guaranteed by a valid credit card, a bond will be required to be paid at check in.
The bond will be returned in full on departure less any incidental charges and after a suite check.
Services
Rooms will be serviced daily for short term stays. There may be an additional charge for any extra servicing.
Deposit Policy

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security bond is required at time of check-in. Your credit card will be debited in the event of damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required. Where a credit card is not available a $200 cash deposit will be required on check-in.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A credit card is required to secure all bookings. If a credit card is not available, then a deposit of $200 is required. If you do not cancel your booking with us and you fail to arrive, The total price of the reservation will be charged.

No phone cancellations are accepted.


CANCELLATIONS received prior to 3 days of scheduled arrival will incur no charge/s. For cancellations received within 3 days of arrivalThe total price of the reservation will be charged. to the credit card supplied or invoiced to guest. Up to one-month cancellation notice will be required for peak holiday dates. Special cancellation terms and conditions apply to group bookings.



All bookings made through online booking agents e.g. Booking.com, Expedia.com, Wotif.com, Agoda.com, Hotels.com are are subject to their terms and conditions. Please contact your booking agent directly to cancel/modify booking.
No Show Policy

Conway Motel has a contract with you and holds your booking in good faith pending your arrival if you fail to arrive for your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation booked
Child Policy

Children 2 years of age and under are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult and using a porta cot, or sharing the same bed as adults.

We don't supply porta cot

Children who are between 3 and 16 using existing bedding are charged at $20 per night
Additional guests 17 and above are charged at $20 per person per night.
In circumstances where additional beds or bedding are required or used, the extra person rate will apply.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian.
Check-in Policy

Check In Policy: Standard check in time is from 2.00pm although you are welcome to store your luggage at the Motel if you arrive prior to 2.00pm

Check Out Policy: Standard check out time is up until 10.00am, please contact the Motel reception if you require a later check out time. Please note any late departures are subject to availability and charges may apply.
Other Policy

Unfortunately no animals / pets are permitted on the motels premises

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. Guests are welcome to smoke outside away from doorways and open windows. If smoking occurs within the rooms, motel management reserves the right to charge specialist cleaning costs.

Visitors


Visitors are welcome but are not permitted on the premises after 7pm. We ask you to respect your fellow guests and noise must be kept to a minimum past this time. Parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted.

Motel management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest that does not comply to this rule and no refund will be given.



Behavior

Should a guest cause a disturbance whilst on premise, we have the right to remove the guest and a refund will not be available. Please note Conway Motel reserves the right to charge for costs & losses associated with damage to property & disruption to fellow guests as a result of such a disturbance.

​Lost Property

We accept no responsibility in replacing lost items or related costs. Any perishable items that are left behind will be disposed of immediately.

We assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately 0225932035 or email [email protected] and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.

Found item

We are not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to 7 days. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded.


Return

We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you. Your credit card will be charged packaging and postage, plus a $20.00 handling fee. A separate receipt will be mailed to you. We are not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment.


Responsibilities

All care is taken, but Conway Motel takes no responsibility for valuables left in rooms, valuables left in laundry, or vehicles and there contents in the car park.

If you have any concerns about your accommodation, please contact reception at the earliest point possible during your stay to register your concern.
